Bringing something new home for your pet should feel good from start to finish. If a product is not quite right, there is no need to worry. At ForPetSakes we want you to shop with complete confidence, so here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

Our return window

You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. That gives you and your pet plenty of time to be sure.

Condition of returned items

To be accepted, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all of their original packaging.

No restocking fees

There are no restocking fees, ever. What you paid is what comes back to you, in line with this policy.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend picking a trackable shipping method so you can follow your parcel on its way back to us.

Exchanges

Would you prefer something different instead? Exchanges are available on request, so just mention it when you reach out.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been checked over, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time before it shows up.
