We cover all delivery costs within Ireland, which means no hidden fees waiting for you at checkout. Just the pet essentials you picked, packed with care and sent straight to your door. For now, our shipping stays within Ireland, and every order is prepared thoughtfully before it leaves our hands.
Delivery times
- Processing time: orders usually take 1 to 2 business days to prepare before dispatch.
- Transit time: delivery normally takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped.
- Total delivery time: in most cases your order arrives within 4 to 9 business days.
Order cut-off time
Our daily cut-off time is 3:00 PM GMT, Monday through Saturday.
Tracking and updates
