Condition of returned items
To be accepted, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all of their original packaging.
No restocking fees
There are no restocking fees, ever. What you paid is what comes back to you, in line with this policy.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend picking a trackable shipping method so you can follow your parcel on its way back to us.

Refunds
